I know it exists, but I can't remember where it is. I was trying to explain the "inifinite damage tiny dagger" combo to a friend but I couldn't remember that part.

The combo you're thinking of, more commonly called the d2 crusader, doesn't reroll damage. It uses Imbued Healing to make 1s count as 2s.

The only class I can recall that actually allows you to reroll damage dice is 3rd party. In AEG Mercenaries, there is a class called the Initiate of Shattered Steel, a monk-like class that advances unarmed damage and provides a lot of bonuses. One of them is the ability to reroll all 1s and 2s for Unarmed Damage Dice.

There is a feat that lets you reroll 1's on sneak attack dmg.
