Like for wands, scrolls and potions? How do I check to see if any of the PF classes (including things like summoner, domains, occult classes, etc) have a spell at a lower spell level? Are there any good guides for below level spells? If I look up the spell descriptions in pfsrd it doesn't show all the classes (suggestion, for example, doesn't show mesmerist 2 or phantom steed spititualist 2).
For reference, we have a party with no vancian casters but a (Vizier) crafter who can make spell trigger/completion items at a discount and without the spell and a couple of good UMD guys, one a Vizier who can create fake charges on wands. So even if level 4 wands are normally a bad cost idea, they aren't for us, especially if we can make 4th level wands of 5th level spells, or 3rd level wands of 4ths, by finding them on an off list.
