Regarding a druid/barbarian:

Reckless attack says it works on attack rolls using STR. Shillelagh says you can use WIS instead of STR. How do these interact? Can I smack with my club using relentless attack and then replace STR with WIS?

My ruling: Did you use STR for the attack and damage rolls? If so, Reckless attack works. If not, then it doesn't work. They apply separately.

Reckless attack uses strength. However, Shillelash does make your weapon magical for the purposes of overcoming resistance.

So wisdom for attack - No
Magical Weapon - Yes

This is what I expected, unfortunately. Too bad, it would have been a fun build. Might still work in a roll for stats game.
