Somehow she had it set to 2 different addresses at once, and it talked to her in two different voices at the same time, each voice giving conflicting directions. It was the strangest thing. One of the voices was brittish.

Sounds more like a problem with the app itself, since as far as I know, you can't put in two destinations at once. You can change the voice, though.
