Is your DM hand waving the "must be lawful" clause of the Monk class?

What are your stats? You don't qualify for Wolf Style at level three because you don't have Improved Unarmed Strike.

Are you going for a mix of tripping and Intimidate crowd control via fauchard + Enforcer + Blade of Mercy?

Those Monk levels don't seem to be doing you much good past level 1. All it seems you want them for is IUS (to have a back up attack in case enemies get past your reach and for feat prereqs). I recommend taking one level of Monk at 3rd, and take the Master of Many Styles archetype. For 1 level, that will net you IUS and Wolf Style, and free up your free feat, (Maybe take Fury's Fall if you've got high dex, or Power Attack for a damage boost) Maybe take another level to grab Wolf Trip. If you don't have a high wisdom, Wolf Savage is worthless to you.

Is tripping, AoOs and crowd control your only goals? Because having power attack is usually a nice addition to any melee build.

Dump Combat Expertise. You'll get it eventually from Lore Warden and it really is just a feat tax. And since the 2nd level ability let's you ignore any Combat Expertise prerequisite, you can still take Improved Trip at level 2

So your stub could look something like this.

Racial Feat: Weapon Prof. Fauchard
Level 1: Combat Reflexes
Fighter 1: Enforcer
Fighter 2: Improved Trip
Monk (MoMS) 1: Improved Unarmed Strike, Wolf Style
Level 3: Fury's Fall
Monk (MoMS) 2: Wolf Trip <--- At this point we're a level 4 character
Level 5: Vicious Stomp
Fighter 4: Ki Throw <--- 6th level character
Level 7: Greater Trip (Thanks to Lore Warden, and now we have a BaB of +6)
Fighter 6: Combat Expertise, Power Attack <---- Level 8

Then take the usual Cut from the Air, Smash From the Air line of feats. Lunge can extend your reach. Also, I'd try to see if you can find a weapon that is a reach and a trip weapon that belongs to the Monk weapon group. That way you don't have to spread out your Weapon Training benefits. I can't think of one off the top of my head, however.

xD oops i forgot Monks being lawful >.>
Well its Find. I'll be lawful Neutral

My Stats Are 16 STR 18 Dex Con 14 INT 14 Wis 17 and cha 7

Are you going for a mix of tripping and Intimidate crowd control via fauchard + Enforcer + Blade of Mercy? Yes My goal is a lock-down Debuffer build

I see i got the build from a group on FB. but your idea seems to work better

once and if i get to the levels that i can get advance weapon training what would be some good advance weapon training stuff

also i think there is going to be a way to covert my Polearm to a monk in an upcoming book. its the one with that Ridiculous Butchering axe with tat 3d6 damage. its a feat that lets one weapon count as another i think. Idk i saw it in a thread one time

Well, you've got two choices. Either stick with the fauchard + IUS combo, and either simply improve one over the other. Or choose your primary weapon group at level 4, your secondary weapon group at level 9, and try to get extra Advanced Wepoan training via feats.

Personally, I like Warrior's Spirit (Free weapon enchants) and Focused Weapon (increase damage like a Warpirest). However Focused Weapon requires the Weapon Focus feat. If you're married to the fauchard (and it's a great weapon) that might throw a wrench in my original build suggestion. But if you go with a Guisarme you can use your racial bonus feat to pick of Weapon Focus instead of the Exotic Prof.

You could also ditch the fauchard an go with a Meteor Hammer. It's a Monk, two-handed, reach and trip weapon. It deals bludgeoning damage, so you would have to pick up the Weapon Versatility feat in order to make it do slashing damage, but that feat also requires Weapon Focus, and it's an exotic weapon so it would require a little bit of tweaking to my original build suggestion to work. Considering you don't want to waste a feat getting the proficiency for it since you're taking a few levels in monk anyways. But if you do go for the Meteor Hammer, you now can choose the Monk weapon group as part of your Weapon Mastery class feature and get the benefit to both your unarmed strikes and Meteor Hammer.

Oh. And since your Charisma is abysmal, consider picking up the Intimidating Prowess feat to give a boost to your intimidate skill.

You might be thinking of the Martial Versatility feat. Which let's you apply combat feats to other weapons within a weapon group. If you're using the stamina system you can spend 2 points you can have a weapon behave like it's part of a different weapon group.

I hate to ask but could you show me a set up for feats using the Meteor hammer (BTW whats the reach with it?)
I know what feats are needed i just can never understand whats the best level to take each feat
I like the idea of tripping the foe, Knocking/ pulling them down and stomping them in the Ribs

Oh and for the weapon I plan to put Fortuitous on it (is that a good idea?)
