Subtypes and Racial Feats

If I have a subtype of a race, do I count as that race for racial feats?
Was considering grabbing mixed blood to count as an orc and a dwarf so I could nap all those juicy cleave feats.

Also does having the subtype help with favored class bonuses as well?

This looks to be third party, so you should probably ask DSP how they intended this to work.
