So complete noob to 5e here and afb, but would the Reaction Attack from the feat Polearm Master be able to trigger a Battlemaster's Maneuvers (say pushing attack)?

If the maneuver is worded something like this: "When you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to...", then yes, it is possible. It doesn't say anything about it taking an action, bonus action or reaction to use it. All it takes is that you hit a with a weapon attack. Some maneuvers do require you to use an action, bonus action and reaction however, so those may be restricted by what you have already used this round.
