HI,
I am not sure whether this has been asked before,
Do people think it would be cool to have the individual strip names somewhere on the strip rather than in the index.
e.g 1093 Night Templars
They are so witty it is a shame they are not more visible.
(I am away from home, but I don't think they are in the books either)

It has been. The answer is no (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?176149-Suggestion&p=9802104#post9802104).

Actually, the answer is, "I prefer the title NOT to be shown".

The titles are, if anything, "bonus" jokes. If you are following the comic as it comes out, you will see it displayed in the sidebar for an extra laugh. If you're reading the archive, you can open a separate page for the archive list and follow along with them. And if you're not willing to do either of those things, well, then you don't get the bonus joke. Oh well. It's not the end of the world.

The titles, however, are printed in the books, at the bottom of each page, IIRC.

They are in the books, at the bottom of each page. I think it's been talked about before, let's see if I can find the link....

EDIT: Ninja'd.

My search roll failed!

Don't feel bad about it - so did mine, and I knew what I was looking for.

Instead, I cheated, went to one of Jasdoif's posts (e.g. this one (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=22306132&postcount=15)), and clicked on the link of their signature to go to the thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?479555-The-Index-of-the-Giant-s-Comments-VOn-a-Saner-Forum-We-Wouldn-t-Need-this-Index) were they keep track of these kinds of posts, then opened up all the spoilers (with the button on the top right of each post), and then searched for "title".
