Hello guys :)
In my PC background I made his father a Lich or a DemiLich(I didn't choose yet because I know about the not evil lich but I don't know about a not evil DemiLich because I didn't read about them in my past games).
I need help with building him because the GM want to use it in the future.
He is in charge of the manual labour in the underground of his city.
He use mindless undead as cheap working power and spend most of his time in research.
His existence is one of the city secrets.
He is Neutral or good and/or lawful.
He loves his family(I am the last one).
This city is a Neutral/Lawful Dwarven city that live in a mountain, on the top of the mountain there are some dragon that work together with the Dwarfs as the city was built buy Dragonfire Adapts and believers of one of the dragon deity(I want something good or neutral and/or lawful but I prefer neutral).
I will like to hear your thoughts and help with the dragon colour, the city deity and the build of the Lich(my PC is a young Dwarf and because the Lich is my PC father he can't be to old).

I was looking at the Dwarfs sub-races and there is not a single one with 30ft of MS :(
Can you guys also help me to find a race the give me the ability to move at 30ft with full plate armour?
