As the title says tell me your biggest project you've ever made during downtime

I fairly certain for most people it's going to be either their worlds, or a homebrew archetype or something along those lines. Building history, politics, and adventure in a reasonable way is a big task.
Now while I can't post my whole world in one go, this (http://homebrewery.naturalcrit.com/share/Skb06Olm-) probably took the second most time.

Lets go with my how not to kill players mantra took a year and a half to make up. "Dont kill them do not kill the munchkin tank and his pouty ass friend edgey the rougue do not kill the only good character do not have the warlocks patron slap his face do not have the bards instruments break and than spontaneously combust.do not give the optimized barbarian a cursed axe of blinding rage do not specifically target the squishies" i say this before every session i really want to just kill them all and laugh as it burns away but a thats no fun for them b if they rolled lower i wouldnt have these maniacal thoughts.
