I was looking at Psionic Items and I had questions with the mechanics of the Mind Seed Pearl.
1) If the target fails the DC Will save in the description of item, do they then get to try to make the Will save mentioned in the Mind Seed power or is that represented by the initial Will save?
2) One of the ways Mind Seed can be ended, so long as it hasn't finished germinating, is to manifest the power again (if I'm understanding it correctly). If a character can manifest Mind Seed, would using the Mind Seed Pearl be considered manifesting the power again if it a previous use hasn't finished germinating? Likewise what about using 2 Mind Seed Pearls within a week?
