I apologize if this topic has already been raised, I even saw something somewhere, but I just can't find it ...
In occult adventures was added Duergar Tyrant with abilitie: Telekinetic Adept: A duergar tyrant has access to the basic telekinesis, kinetic form, telekinetic finesse, telekinetic haul, and telekinetic invisibility kineticist wild talents with an effective kineticist level equal to her total character level.
Almost all of them don't have burn, expect for kinetic form. So the question is how does duergar use it if he doesn't have levels in kineticist (hence he has no ability Burn(Ex) ) ???
