Question on UA starter spell Healing Elixir

If you had a Sorcerer / Warlock who knew this spell from multiclassing, can you use Twin Spell Metamagic to create 2 Healing Elixirs with the 1 spell slot? I'm thinking so and looks like a good downtime activity. Nevermind this is wrong . Twin spell requires a target of other than Self and only 1 target. Edited.

I'm going to hazard a guess that a multiclass Life Domain cleric wouldn't get their bonus healing added to it either.

No, to Twin a spell, it needs to have a target (only one target), and the Elixir does not have a target.

I have a Drow Warlock who meditates and then 4 short rests, instead of taking a long rest.
So a standard day they can make 8 healing drafts a day, each lasting 24 hours.

Often not, and they can use the healing potions as well.
