True Polymorph & a Deva

What happens if you use True Polymorph and turn into a Deva and then using the Deva's polymorph ability, when you're low on hit points, to turn into a T-Rex or whatever. If the Trex hitpoints run out, do you turn back into the Deva?

Concentration on True Polymorph would preclude concentration on Polymorph.

Unless they have already held True Polymorph for the full duration to make it permanant. If they have then, being permanant, they would change back to a deva at the end of polymorph.

Concentration on True Polymorph would preclude concentration on Polymorph.Except that a deva doesn't cast the Polymorph spell. It has an action called Change Shape, which has its own rules.

If the Trex hitpoints run out, do you turn back into the Deva?The Polymorph spell has the target assume the hit points of its new form, but I believe that Change Shape does no such thing.

So here there are only your hit points and the deva's hit points. The T. rex uses the deva's hit points and, when those run out, you return to your true self, with your hit points.
