Can a player with Psychic Reformation be used to replace spells?? From the description it only talks about feats and skills. It doesn't mention anything about spell abilities. Guys are saying that "class features" are included in this ability. So what they are doing is using this power "class feature" to cast spells as spell like abilities. I"m not seeing anything about replacing "class features" in the description.

RAW, Psychic Reformation only allows the target to re-spend skill points, re-pick feats, and re-pick psionic powers chosen at one or more previously acquired levels. It definitely does not say anything about class features chosen (though a class feature that's a feat or psionic power would qualify), and it doesn't say anything about spells known.

Some may use magic-psionics transparency (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicPowersOverview.htm#psionicsMagicTransparenc y) as justification for allowing it to affect spells known, using the reasoning that psionic power = spell. This is entirely up to the DM's discretion, as it's not actually supported by the game rules.

Technically psychic reformation doesn't restrict you to forgetting/reselecting psionic powers -- it just says "powers". This includes at least ToB maneuvers and stances, explicitly called "martial powers" on page 37. Presumably other exploits exist. But I don't recall spells or spell selection being called a "power" anywhere.
