Fell drain? Psionic way to do negitive lvl damage

I'm basically looking for away to do negitive lvl damage that lasts the 24 not just 1 round....

Worth noting that the negative levels from fell drain do not last 24 hours either, they function much like enervation, lasting an hour per level, with a cap at 15 hours. You need to go all the way up to the 9th level spell energy drain to be able to pull that off.

As far as I know though, short of going a spell to power erudite and getting energy drain, psionics has no way to bestow a 24 hour duration negative level. The only source of negative levels seems to be the mind wipe power, but those negative levels only last for 1 hour (not 1 round, I don't know of any ability that bestows a negative level for 1 round), and cannot have their duration increased by metapsionic feats, because the duration of the power itself is instantaneous.
