There is a feat called Crossbow Sniper that allows someone to use their sneak attack at 60' rather than the normal 30'. Is there such a feat that allows that for normal bows like the Shortbow?

To the best of my knowledge there is no such feat. The best I can do are the Sniper's Shot spell (which lets you make sneak attack at any range for 1 round as a 1st) and the Sniper's Eye Spell (which lasts 1 round/level to sneak attack at 60 feet as a 4th.)

Honestly, I'd just suggest to the DM a houserule to make sneak attack (and similar abilities) work within one ranged increment of the weapon used. 30 ft is super arbitrary and basically makes sniping impossible since you virtually need to be in the same room as your target to sneak attack them.

There's also Order of the Bow Initiate 10 (PrC, CW), which extends precision damage with bows out to 60 feet.

Not a great PrC, but it does what the OP is looking for.
