Triton help pls

I can't find anything on line explaining what Tritons can do but that they have a spell or something (but not what it is). If anyone who has (is it volo's) could kindly tell me, I'd sure appreciate it!

They get +1 to str, con, chr, 30 feet swim speed, breathe water, and the spells Fog Cloud, Gust (3rd Level), and Wall of Water (5th level, from Elemental Evil supplement), ability to communicate with beasts with breathe water (they know what you say but may not listen), and cold resist

I played one for a very short game as a GOO/Blade-lock (some horrid things down in the dark where the sun has never shone) that was fun... not terribly optimized, but fun
