I am bored and wondering what everyone's favorite unofficial Constructs are?

Anything 3rd party and d20 compatible counts. Bonus if it easily converts to 3.x/PF.

I have a fondness for the DragonMech books. Love the lore, hate the cludgey formatting.

Am also kinda hoping someone else's favorite could become my new favorite.

Rite Publishing has a neat Pathfinder supplement called Secrets of the Iron Titan (http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/145002/The-Secrets-of-the-Iron-Titan-PFRPG?term=secrets+of+the+iron+titan&test_epoch=0&affiliate_id=909585). It contains a class called Iron Titan, the concept of which is "you're still whatever race you picked, only now you're in a customizable golem body".

That sounds sweet! Will check it out when I get the time.

I am also very much looking forward to casting Greater Humanoid Essence on the Aethera campaign setting Construct spaceships.

Should be a fun time.

Tome of Horrors Revised (Necromancer Games):

Scarecrow (from AD&D1E FF) - I was always annoyed this never got an official 3E update. CR 4, 5HD. Fascinating Gaze. Good for horror base games (the monster is a little underwhelming mechanically)
Stone Guardian (from AD&D1E MM2) - CR 4, 4HD. Basically a lower-powered Stone Golem. Good for lowish level guardians.

Advanced Bestiary (Green Ronin):

Clockwork Creature (template) - to me, this is what the Effigy Creature template should have been. It has a few mechanical quirks I don't like, but it mostly does exactly what it says on the tin. CR +2, LA +4.

Carrionettes from Dragon Magazine #339 (originally from 2nd ed Ravenloft)

Gohei P'oh (Paper Ghost) (http://www.enworld.org/cctest/newcc/Conversions/Gohei%20P'oh%20(Paper%20Ghost).htm) - animated pieces of paper that can fold themselves into different origami shapes to perform different tasks while guarding or spying.

Bog Hounds (http://www.enworld.org/cctest/newcc/Conversions/Hound,%20Bog.htm) and Moor Hounds (http://www.enworld.org/cctest/newcc/Conversions/Hound,%20Moor.htm).

I'm preparing to run Curse of the Crimson Throne, and the first module, Edge of Anarchy, has Soulbound Dolls, which seem pretty cool.

Lots of great stuff there in the creature catalog.

Has anyone managed to port the PC race Shardminds backwards from 4e? That would get my vote.

Here's a local homebrewed version: http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?192273-Shardminds!-(3-5-PEACH)

And a couple on the sites that dare not speak their name:

RHD and LA? Eugh :smallfrown:

Though that second one might actually be too strong for LA +1 - telepathy, natural attacks, +4 total stat bonuses...
