Hey forum, the DM of my dnd campaign is going to be missing this week's session and rather than not enjoy ourselves around the table I thought I would run a one shot campaign in his absence. I've ran the red hand of doom before and had a good time with it so I have experimented dming.

What i was wondering is if anyone could either throw me a nice idea for a quick 3-4 hour game or point me towards a module that would be appropriate.

We play 3.5 and 5e, and will be from 3-5 PC's. Thanks for your time 😀

There's an archive of one-shot adventures from WotC for most levels of play, but it takes some URL-fu to dig through it.

http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/oa/20000801a

From that link, you can find the main archive for all articles. The adventures were published between 2000 and 2007, so use the yearly archives to find them.

My experience with these was that they would take a bit longer than a single session.
