Roy: dead (with an arrow in a very uncomfortable spot), on the plains outside Azure City being carried to the docks by Haley and Belkar (needs Raise Dead)
Elan: lightly injured and with plenty of spells left, aboard Hinjo's junk taunting Redcloak
Haley: lightly injured, on the plains outside Azure City carrying Roy to the docks with Belkar (she also has Roy's greatsword and the Booty Talisman)
Durkon: unhurt but running low on spells, aboard Hinjo's junk healing Hinjo
Vaarsuvius: unhurt but out of spells [Prot. from Arrows], aboard Hinjo's junk wrapping up the lesson in effective illusion management (not by choice though)

Sangwaan: presumed dead, chomped and flung by the zombie dragon (if dead, would need Raise Dead)
Chang: dead, at the northern breach (potentially trampled by the army charging the breach-- whether he was is not known. If he was trampled, he'd need a Resurrection, otherwise a Raise Dead will work.)
Kubota and the rest of Azure City's nobility: at sea outside Azure City, plotting to take the city back from the hobgoblin horde
Kazumi: unhurt, aboard Hinjo's junk helping fight off boarders

What we know about the MitD:

1. Medium or Large in Size (probably large, or powerful build.)
2. Has two eyes and one mouth(that we know of)
3. Leaves tracks when it moves, so not a hovering creature.
4. Has appendages (hands, tentacles, whatever) for holding objects.
5. Probably has feet as well, implied by the ability to 'stomp'.
6. Possessed of incredible strength.
7. Has incredibly high damage resistance or AC. Neither Miko or Belkar succeeded in dealing any damage to the creature with a full attack.
8. May possess ability to cause an earthquake by stomping, or that may be aneffect caused by its freakish strength.
9. Intelligent enough to learn and carry out a conversation in Common.
10. Child-like in mentality, may be a young member of its species, or maybe just a low WIS.
11. Insatiable appetite, the monster is hungry all the time (or maybe Xykon just forgets to feed it). - May be related to #20.
12. Lack of discerning taste. Will eat just about anything, and appears to digest anything without problems.
13. Rare but not unique creature.
14. Probably not a typical humanoid->possibly not humanoid, given the weird tracks it leaves.
15. Unable to spot Gates for some reason. Low Wis+no ranks in spot, or related to Snarl in some fashion? - or thats just comic relief
16. Attracts Demon Roaches for some reason, filthy eating habits, or clue? - or that's just comic relief
17. Low intelligence
18. Probably has a few supernatural powers (or extraordinary, or spell-like, or whatever).
19. Apparently has short term memory loss.
20. Possibly gets tired/hungry after using its supernatural abilities.
21. Doesn't use its powers on purpose (they come automatically.)
22. Doesn't know about its own powers.
23. Has some version of shout and earthquake as spell-like or natural abilities.
24. Toriko believes it's a gazebo!

These endnotes represent an existence-ending event to a character. Classically, this indicates the character has been killed (such as when Nale kills the Chief). Or it could end a permanent exit from the strip, such as when the Lawyers take Zz'dtri away. Note that in D&D, not all death is permanent. I will update this post as the discussion continues and as subsequent strips reveal more information about OOTS. Yours may certainly vary.

Please note that we all know that Rich isn't necessarily being careful about the rules. Funny always trumps rules. Thus, there will always be some dispute as to some of the stats as some jokes are used as evidence as abilities and other strips are used as evidence of funny.

Vaarsuvius says it's ridiculously low [or Vaarsuvius says it's 12 in a way and context that makes no sense at all, if you prefer]. Finally, Belkar conducted a plan which nearly got him killed without realizing that he wouldn't be resurrected if it did. Belkar should technically need a Wisdom of at least 10 without magical aid to cast Cure Serious Wounds with a single by-the-book 3.5ed Owl's Wisdom, but comparing that example to the mountain of evidence for his Wisdom being really low, Kish thinks it's obvious that this is a case of the Giant bending the rules when it makes it funny.)
