If I am a 1st level Sorcerer, and I have the Focused Spell feat, as well as the Magical Lineage trait, does that mean I can cast my first level spells using first level slots?

Magical Lineage works on one spell that you know. When casting that one spell, yes, you could apply Focused Spell to it for free.
