Hey wondering if I can get some help with a home brew Sorcerer

I need help with balance and the level 14, and level 18 abilities.
I know the devout, and hunter souls have some balancing issues with higher level spells so would like help there too, thanks!

Access to Paladin and Ranger spells is OP. They have some stuff gated behind half-caster progression, but you get it much sooner.

Blessed Countenance is probably too good-Expertise in effectively four skills, and straight Charisma checks... I'd limit it to one Charisma based skill of your choice.

And it's incomplete too.

Plus it's in the wrong forum.
