I have two major artificer questions

Is there a way to build a gundam in 3.5 if you are an artificer?

And

Is there a way to build a weaponized vehicle (like a car or truck) that can be used to defeat the Sorcerer Kings of Dark Suns?

Check out the DragonMech books for the former, Arms and Equipment Guide vehicle rules plus Custom Mechanical Traps should do well enough for the latter.

For the first one I suggest the following:

step 1: build one of the non magic immune constructs. Make it as big and gundam looking as you can. Apply custom crafted and enchanted equipment to improve the effect.
Optionally build a compartment into it to store your body.

Step 2: use the Soul Jar spell to possess your new giant robot.

Step 3: profit.
