Um- probably not that way, no. The Order doesn't even know yet where the vampires are hiding. The current plan is outlined as "let's go find the vampires", which coincides with the vampires' plan "let's rest and then fight the order". Depending on the geography/architecture of the tunnels, they might run into each other while not yet buffed - or they miss each other completely!

I think the latter is going to happen, because neither Undurkon's nor Roy's battle plans are going to work flawlessly. Which means that if Roy&OotS can't find the vampires for battle, then they'll probably meet each other once the council convenes - which means "too late" according to both their plans.

Also, Undurkon's team has prepared some nasty surprises which we don't know about, yet.
