Fiendish Summoning Specialist + Kocrachon

I want to add the Kocrachon (CR:6) from BOVD to my summon monster spell list using the feat Fiendish summoning specialist from Planar handbook, should this monster be added to the summon monster 5, 6, or some other list? Looking for various opinions.

well, it's a cr 6, so 6 seems appropriate. it gives free animate dead, so I'd put it closer to 6 than 5.
