Are there any official initiative cards/trackers for 3rd edition? Are there any home brew ones?

I just use sticky notes to track init order in fights. Also, using a d% to track hp works nice for PCs, assuming you have extra dice to spare for it.

I was thinking of something more like a PC and monster quick reference card that also tracked initiative.

I dunno about cards, but we use the GameMastery Combat Pad (with magnets and erasable markers) and it's great!

I find that a small whiteboard works well.

How about linking a google drive document or something?

I use a magnetic whiteboard (though the whiteboard part is optional, I just happened to have it) hanging on the wall behind my DM throne. It's lined and numbered from 30 down to -5 or so. If someone manages to beat Init:30, I'll just line them up in order at the top I guess.
Similar to Thurbane's above, I just homebrewed it.

Buy magnetic vinyl sheets. Cut into 1" by 6" strips or so. Write character names on them. Plus I have a bunch more named "Enemy 1" "Enemy 2" etc.
Board is wide enough I can put 11.04 ahead of 11.02 ahead of 11.00. Throw them up on whole numbers as the players call out their results, resolve ties when they happen.
I use a bigger fridge magnet as a round tracker on one edge. And another as an initiative placeholder if we take a break or a session ends midfight.

In the past I've used the clothespin tree. Put a small pole/rod on a stand of some sort on the table (vertical paper towel holder, etc). Named clothespins for creatures. Arrange top to bottom in initiative order.
As they play, flip the clothespin to the other side of the rod.
Got tired of it taking up space on the table, so I went to the wall method. (I had 8 players+DM at the time, so even my 10' by 4' table felt small). Plus it's a bit harder to do the initial setup without place markings.

Image for the clothespin tree.

See if this works. I am slightly computer illiterate.

I made these (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7fJHAwXNntNMHhDUEQwSU01Z3M) a few years ago. (Also have ones for 4e (https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7fJHAwXNntNVkdqRE9nOU5IQnc), similar design.)

I love these ones. They are also useful for wild shape forms if you are playing a Druid.

I never really found the need in 3e. In games where it is harder I just use an abacus.
