Have a couple of epic spells in mind but it has been a LONG time since I read ELH last and we are in the middle of moving to a new apartment so my free time is limited to research random ideas.

Epic Spell: Reality Shift
Epic plane shift between realities/universes. Basically an epic souped up Plane Shift with jumpchain, choose your own adventure mechanics.
Subject can refuse thed spell.
Lasts for 10 years.
Works in such a way that when you return to a universe you arrive the instant you left.

If you die while under the effects of a casting this spell you return to the first moment right before you were affected by a casting of this spell.

Superpowers and abilities, companions, and items gained while under the effects of a casting of this spell are retained between castings and if you die while under the effect of a casting of this spell.

The spell recasts itself after 10 years giving the subject the choice to go home, stay in the current universe, accept the spell again in a new universe of the subject's choice, or goto a final universe more lethal/challenging than any bedore.

Epic Spell: Bestow Oldwalker Spark
Allows instant use of a host of 9th level spells that duplicate oldwalker planeswalker (https://mtg.gamepedia.com/Planeswalker%27s_spark) powers and grants dismemberment proof immortality.

A planeswalker's spark is a latent power inborn into a very small number of sentient creatures across the Multiverse, which if activated permanently turns the bearer into a planeswalker. A planeswalker is granted the ability to travel between the planes of the Multiverse.

Sparks occur randomly in any sapient population but not through genetics, nor can they be created artificially. A spark can be magically transferred to another, ... Sparks can be contained magically, ... A spark is intangible and a part of a being's soul. A spark's link to the physical world is sometimes described as a planeswalker's "center of consciousness."

Before the Mending, those with an activated planeswalker's spark had additional powers; they were almost immortal, invulnerable, granted vast magical power, and could shapeshift. While this power could lie within anyone, it was usually undetectable except by another planeswalker. Planeswalkers rarely died, except at the hands of other planeswalkers.
