Exactly what the title says. More specifically: What is the fastest way to get permanent fast healing? Not temporary fast healing gained through spells/abilities.

Boots of the Earth (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicWondrousDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Boots%20of%20t he%20Earth), 5000 gp

If your GM allows Dreamscarred Press material, get the Mixed Blood trait and Overflowing Life feat for permanent fast healing 2.

It's also possible to dip Verminous Hunter 1, and never get a vermin companion. Your animal aspect applies to you by default, and a worm aspect gives Fast Healing 1 and 25% Fortification.

Interesting...

If these get passed around the party, they can replace wands of cure light wounds for out of combat healing....

Your basic wand of cure light wounds heals 5.5 hp per use on average. 50 charges makes for 275 hp healed, or 2.7272... gp/hp.
The boots can heal any amount of damage (eventually), and cost 5,000 gp.
The beak even point is thus 1833.333... hp healed, which is six and two-thirds wands (on average). Above that, and the boots are better.

If we instead compare to a Wand of Devil's Blood (made by a Wizard with an Imp familiar, for easy access to Devil's blood, so the wand still costs 750 gp).

The Wand heals 500 hp of damage, and costs 750 gp. 1.5 gp/hp.
The boots can heal any amount of damage (eventually), and cost 5,000 gp.
The break even point is thus 3,333.33 damage, which is six and two-thirds wands. Above that, and the boots are better.

... other than the fact that you can't use the boots on someone who's unconscious....

The Life Oracle can.
