BESM Third Edition Ryoko template request

There is a BESM game starting up soon but we haven't received the character point until session 0. But at the moment I'm looking to create a Ryoko from Tenchi, and I was wondering if there was some sort template I could use to make her.

There was an official Tenchi sourcebook put out by GOO for 1st or maybe 2nd Edition, not sure. Check that for inspiration.

Powers-wise, you're looking at a fairly standard Superman/flying brick hero kind of package - flight, increased toughness/strength, energy blasts. No notable superspeed, if memory is correct. Superhero/combat robot/power-armor type templates or ability packages should get you pretty close. I don't recall anything especially weird about Ryoko's abilities that would be hard to model.. but I do have a copy of the mentioned Tenchi guidebook. I'll take a look when I can and see if there was anything in there more unusual.
