Is there any handbook for skills?

I'd like to read all information related to a skill in the single place. What its primary uses? What extended uses? How does it interact with feats and skill tricks? What classes has access to it? What spells or magic items are effective to raise the skill? What about general uses and applications, canny strategies? I used to consult with the Rules Compendium, but it is too brief.
