It was a class which threw coins in combat and could draw any item of a given value out of a pouch daily, letting it act like a mundane wizard type. The fluff was the character was super rich, but could only use so much money from their parents at a time.
Anyone else remember this and can link me to it? Google is fighting with me and I don't know if I posted in the thread.

It was actually two classes I had merged in my head. This is the other one.

Seems like combining them would actually be amazing, give the item abilities to the rich guy for a tier 3 mundane.
