I think I have read or misunderstood this every possible way reading online.
So a 5th level Bard with:
Jack of All Trades (add 1/2 of your proficiency to all ability checks that don't include your modifier)
Proficiency Bonus of 3
Wisdom 13 (+1)
and skilled in regular perception
gets what for a passive wisdom (perception) score?
We don't even use it that much in our games, I just want to know how to calculate it and get my sheet right after a few dozen sessions lol.
