Tempest cleric question

Ok so i was wondering as a tempest cleric if I was to cast call lighting on my first round say and on my next use an action to call down another bolt (as this is a concentration spell) could i then cast spiritual weapon to hit the target as well, because spiritual weapon is non con and a bonus action allowing me to hit with it every turn as well as the call lighting?, because casting both at higher levels would make for some serious damage output as a cleric.

You can indeed do that. While you may not be able to cast 2 non-cantrip spells on the same turn without action surge, taking the actions in the spell descriptions to use the spells once they are cast does not have the same restrictions.
