There are few semiprecios stones, bunch of magical and nothing is sad about mundane materials. It omits even commonly used marble and granite. Do rock crystal counts as rock?

I think you're missing something pretty important. Like the table on 103. Granite and Marble are metamorphic rocks, with hardness 9. Yes, they do lump most mundane groups of rock in very broad categories.

Considering several of the features include crystals, (geodes, crystal flowers, popcorn), this would appear to be a yes.
