I would split the lists by ability score. Better to have duplicate entries under each score, than searching through categories and finding 5 useless entries for every +STR bonus you need. Sources would be good, too.


Enlarge person increases Strength by 2, in lieu of regular size bonuses. PHB.
Alter self, polymorph, draconic polymorph, polymorph any object, and shapechange affect your ability scores, although they are not straight increases. Metamorphosis and greater metamorphosis are the same. PHB, except EPH for the last two, and Spell Compendium for draconic polymorph.
Divine power boosts Strength. PHB.
Festering Anger + Cancer Mage can go under cheese. Free limitless Strength! BovD.
Consumptive field and its greater equivalent boost Strength. Spell Compendium.
The Heartwarder PrC increases Charisma. Faiths & Pantheons.


Team Primeval (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?201638-Team-Primeval) and Team Solar (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?188138-Team-Solars-(Archiving)) have huge buff lists, including tons of ability score buffs.

Where is the section for classes? MoW has a forsaker that's like a VoP 10 level PrC that gets a +1 inherent per level. Hulking Hurler (Miniatures) gets +2 STR per level, and Warchief (Miniatures) gets +2 CHA every 2 levels.

You should also note that festering anger (BoVD) can be negated by binding naberius (ToM) too.
