So my group is trying to make a conversion to pathfinder w/o using any of the 3.0/3.5 books, and I'm trying to figure out how to emulate the AOO i get from karmic strike type effects in conjunction with In Harms Way.
any suggestions? Just not seeing any feats/abilities that allow for AOOs due to being attacked at or hit in pathfinder only.

The Panther Style chain does this, but only when you provoke the initial enemy attack (and then only from movement, unless you use the Stamina system.)

The Come and Get Me (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/barbarian/Rage-Powers/paizo-rage-powers/come-and-get-me-ex) rage power is basically Robilar's Gambit by a different name. Except instead of just needing BAB +12, you need 12 barbarian levels, cuz...that's what PF does to good martial stuff from 3.5 that it didn't nerf. It's either class exclusive, higher level, requires more feats to obtain, or some combo of those.

Anyway, probably your best bet. I always liked the idea of combining it with Bodyguard (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/bodyguard-combat/) and In Harm's Way (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/in-harm-s-way-combat/) but by strict RAW supposedly that doesn't blend. :smallfrown:

If you do go the Come and Get Me route, Dazing Assault (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/dazing-assault-combat/) is a must, IMO. Get your free attack before theirs, and then when it's their turn to act again they're dazed so they lose their attack and the rest of their actions.

A couple things that haven't been mentioned yet: Snake Fang (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/snake-fang-combat/) and Opportune Parry and Riposte. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/hybrid-classes/swashbuckler/)

Here's a level 3 character build (http://paizo.com/threads/rzs2rgrk?Go-ahead-attack-me-I-DARE-you)that is all about counterattacking.
