Hey there
A Friend and I are going to Play in a campaign where he is playing a level 10 beguiler and i'll be a melee cleric with access to 4th level spells.
Are there any combo's these two Can pull of that is really sweet? Rest og the party is a Rogue, a melee ranger and a blaster wizard, so if it also helps these guys, extra bonus :)

Really depends a lot on the details. Beguilers can access Greater Mage Armor and the like which is nice for Wis to AC Clerics for instance. Cleric stuff like Freedom of Movement and Death Ward has beyond obvious utility for low Fort Beguiler. Certainly, layered BFC and CCd enemies are easier to beat up on. Buffed summons, even. Clerics have Imbue with Spell Ability to give e.g. Heartache to the Beguiler who in turn can make for easy coup de graces for the Cleric. But it really depends on what builds and foci we're talking with; there are hundreds of possible level 10 Beguilers and melee Clerics.

When facing enemies immune to beguiler's shticks, remember that haste is in your spell list. Well, in every fight remember this, actually.

You could take Distract Assailant with your first Advanced Learning: swift spell, the enemy is flat footed for 1 round.
This helps the rogue the most, but ranger and melee cleric can obviously benefit from reduced enemy AC, as well as the wizard if he is focused on ranged touch attacks.

What's a "melee cleric" and why does it reduce the Cleric's spellcasting?

Beguilers have access to glitterdust, and one level of Mindbender (+ Mindsight) is nice to delay their level 7 Advanced Learning, and Mindsight + glitterdust = whole party can see Invisible jerks. That's one solid combo.
