Overlap between D20 Modern and 3.5 Psionics?

I've noticed that a few powers are the same, and some are the same but with different names (like Lesser Mindlink is basically just Mindlink), so I'm just wondering if anybody ever compiled a list?

I think the modern SRD might have one. Yeah, there is a lot of overlap like that, but I think that the differences are due to 3.5 being released later. I think modern is more based on 3.0

As far as I can recall d20 modern does away with attack modes, but still has different ability scores assigned to each power, there may be other artifacts from 3.0, but I can't remember them.

Edit: Upon further examination it seems that there is no limit on how many PP you can spend on power in D20 modern, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an augmentation mechanic either.
