Strength modifier with a successful grapple check
Some lashers are adept at using
their flexible form to pummel foes into a stupor. When
these lashers succeed on a grapple check they may forgo
the normal effects of a grapple to render their target flat-
footed for 1 round
Im curious if you would get the constrict damage since you need to succeed on a grapple check to use rubbery pummel. I mean RAI wise, it would be using your arms to knock your foe off balance instead of squeezing, but what about RAW?
What do you guys think?
