3rd Ed Weapon and armor modifications list [Archive]

Hey all, quick question
once upon a time i found a list of all mundane weapon and armor modifications rated for usefullness.
It also had special materials and the like. I know it was on one of the other forums, maybe minmaxboards or enworld.

But i cant find it anymore!

Does anyone remember the same guide i do? know where it is? have a different complete list i can use? please let me know, trying to stock a weapon collecters shop in my campaign and could really use that list again.

there ya go. It doesnt give any of the stats itself, but always has a book and page number to find it.
