What are some ways to use a corpse (or parts of it) as part of items (magical or otherwise)? This can be any creature, from any source, and the item(s) can be fully explained or just a simple idea. Please state the creature(s), source of the creature(s), and ideas for any item(s).

Some (very simple) examples,

Medusa, MM1, can take the eye's to form an item to make use of the Petrifying Gaze ability or simply use the eye's themselves.
Red Dragon, MM1, can make Dragonhide armor.

Also, we houserule the physical remains if a dead Construct to be a broken mundane item valued based on thd original price to craft the Construct's body.

Beyond obvious ones (like dragon hide and dragon tooth/claw weapons which exist in RAW, or creature venoms that can be harvested), use your imagination. Here's a couple examples:

Want something that is magic-proof or cancels magic it comes into contact with? Use the liquefied central eye of a Beholder or a Flux Slime as a cooling bath while the item is forged.

Use a Living Spell as ink for a scroll of the same spell.
