recently found a challenge to make a rouge horse, son of a centaur and a horse-headed Minotaur. that said i am looking for replacements for hands. the simplest way would be that amulet of at-will mage hand (900g) but that can be stolen. so am looking for other options, anyone have some ideas? preferably something not steal-able.

worst case i might go with the abberation feats that eventually net you tentacles, and use those as "hands" instead. but that is worst case scenario.

How about a refluffed set of horseshoes?

Well, Totemist 2 binding Girallon Arms comes to mind.

My TWF OffHandbook has a section on adding hands (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=15034748&postcount=12), so that might be a good place to start.

Collar of Perpetual Attendance (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/fools/20030401c) could also work. But if I only had 1st level starting funds to work with... buy a "helper monkey", train it to fetch things or open doors for you.

How about Leadership?

How about the Wild Shape?
Fangshields Druid (Champions of Valor) gets Wild Shape Hands at 5th level
Master of Many Forms gets Improved Wild Shape (humanoid) at the very 1st level

Also, Gloves of Man in Savage Species

thanks for the ideas, the most usefull would be the adding hands section. unfortunately only dips are allowed for the challenge so technically totemist 2 could possibly work as well. however the druid wildshape and such won't work due to the inherent level costs.

If you burn a level on martial monk for TWF and Improved Unarmed Strike, you could conceivably use your first level feat on the Prehensile Tail feat. Braid your tail with some heavy beads on the end and use it similarly to a cat o' nine tails.

So you can do stuff like this: https://youtu.be/O3YV1GSCZDI?list=PL8cGaJKvM_-5lkA0h_cwWxYrC-fc27apd&t=138

If you are allowed PF material and 3PP, then Spheres of Power has the Telekinesis sphere, which has btw options for stealing with TK. There are rogue archetypes which grant SoP casting.

Because Abolisher (Lords of Madness) and Shapeshifter (Oriental Adventures) are getting Wild Shape at the very 1st level (and thus - access to Master of Many Forms); arguably - Swanmay too (even more arguably - Mulhorandi Divine Minion (http://archive.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mb/20050209a))

There's also the 'arms of the naga' from Savage Species, as well as various arm and hand grafts.

You could also get the Third Arm Sash (https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4097/4742031450_04181f1587_o.jpg) Spare Hand in MIC (pg. 137, image on 163).
At it's basic level, it has some minor uses; but, if you are an artificer (or have one in your party*,) you can give it a few extra functions!

Get both! Have 3 arms!

*(Nothing in it says that the infusions have to come from the user.)
