turtle monk questions

so i am playing a turtle monk and was wondering the monk class said that i add my dex and wis to my ac. the turtle races said that my base ac is 17 and i do not add my dex. so do i add wis to the 17 or wis and dex or do i have an ac of 10+ wis and dex.

There is no mixing of these features. Each is a mutually exclusive way of calculating your AC. You either go with the static 17 from a Tortle, or 10+DEX+WIS from the Monk.
