Some Questions About Blade of Pain and Fear

Can I crit with the weapon created by the Blade of Pain and Fear spell? Can I full-attack with it? Can I select it with/for feats like Weapon Focus?

Can the Greater Master of Terror ability of the Dread Witch PrC enable the Eviscerator feat to apply its effects to normally-fear-immune creatures if I trigger it (the effect of the Eviscerate feat) with the weapon created by the Blade of Pain and Fear spell?

A spell that requires an attack roll is a weaponlike spell. As such, you can crit with them (threat on a 20 unless otherwise stated) and you can take Weapon Focus for them (although that would be Weapon Focus (touch spells), not Weapon Focus (Blade of Pain and Fear). It will not allow the Dread Witch's ability to affect Eviscerator, as it's still the effect of the feat applying the condition, not the spell.
