3.5 classes that give attribute points

I'm looking for some classes that give increases to attributes, namely Strength.

I know of Dragon Disciple & of the Orc/Half Orc Paragon classes.

Is there anything else out there? I'm trying to max the Str on a person using one-handed weapons.

Also if someone knows how to get 1.5 str to a weapon weilded in one hand that would be of similar assistance.

War Hulk +0 BAB per level, +2 Str per level.

Nothing gives one-handing a weapon 1.5x Str BUT
Exotic Weapon Master gives 2x Str if two-handing a one-handed weapon
extra arms can let you two-hand a weapon while still having a free hand
