3.5 Ambidexterity/Multidexterity

Do the feats Ambidexterity & Multidexterity mean I do not get the additional "off hand" penalty when using more than one weapon?

Those feats don't exist in 3.5; they were folded into Two-Weapon/Multiweapon Fighting.
