Long story short; am bard, in a situation where the Spell schools of transmutation and evocation are banned to me (long story), use a bow as my primary weapon, have the Lyric Thaumaturge class feature “Sonic Might” and would like to imbue the bow I currently possess permanently with the “Sonic Weapon” Spell (since I can’t cast it myself being transmutation) so I can make the best use of Sonic Might and be more effective in ranged combat rather than just support/buffing; I’m currently in a heavy casting based party with only one melee focused player.

How do? Also how much would it cost and so on and so forth?

While the spell is in effect, the affected weapon deals an extra 1d6 points of sonic damage with each successful attack. The sonic energy does not harm the weapon's wielder. Bows, crossbows, and slings that are affected by this spell bestow the sonic energy upon their ammunition.

Looks like a pretty standard elemental weapon enhancement, which would cost either +1 or +2 (if your DM thinks Sonic is that much better than Fire / Cold / Lightning / Acid).

Get this on your bow permanently via the Craft Magic Arms & Armor [Item Creation] feat, either by taking the feat or finding someone who has it.

Is there a set price range regarding such a task? Sorry I didn’t get the +1, +2 reference LOL

MiC has the screaming weapon property.

The +1 is a cost modifier dependent on how many other enhancements are on the weapon. The cost is ([enhancement bonus squared] x 2) for weapons. You add all the weapon +s together before calculating the cost.

http://www.d20srd.org/indexes/magicItems.htm <-- SRD page for magic item rules

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm <-- SRD page for weapon prices; note that the prices are for total + equivalence and that weapon abilities are usually priced as a +X (+1, +2, +3, etc.)

In particular, look at:

Flaming - http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#flaming

Thundering - http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicWeapons.htm#thundering

That's the baseline for pricing this spell's effect as a permanent magic item.
