Grim reaper build?!?!

Hello everyone! I was thinking about a hypothetical build centered around the grim reaper, and am wondering the best way to pull it off. A few requirements:
A. The race is revanent, refluffed as a skeleton. (Whichever subrace fits the build)

B. Needs to be some sort of gish. (Warlock/fighter for example)

Any suggestions?

I mean Death Cleric + Whatever fits it pretty well imho. EK for "Scyth" summoning and some caster progression for fighter levels.

Maybe a reflavored sickle using long death monk. Mixed with one of the following: necro mancer wizard / vengence paladin / tome or chain warlock with find familiar bat or raven?

Step one would probably be starting at a higher level so you're not some pushover. Otherwise you'll be the more laughable and least fearsome, terrifying incarnation of death that's ever existed.

Level 20 might not even be high enough, you'd probably do well to start off at least as a lesser power or demigod.

Perhaps going so far as to choosing one with the ability to teleport, manifest an unstoppable yet unwieldy weapon that you've somehow managed to master for the sole sake of thematics and menacing image, have a built in auto kill attack with unlimited recharge, racial paralyzing charm ability, and an aoe fear without a saving throw.

I'l do Death Cleric 8/Hexblade 12

Get a War pick as your weapon reflavored as a scythe. You can do that, since its your pact weapon and can take many forms.

Grab Improved pact weapon/Thirsting Blade/Eldritch Smite/Lifedrinker. This gives you 2 invocations left to do as you please. Devil sight and Grasp of Hadar are both good, see in magical darkness and pull someone toward you with EB.

you have alot of Necrotic damage as you should, and a suitable life draining weapon. Race with Revenant should be .... Aasimar. Congrats you are now an Angel of Death, and your little angel buddy follows you telling you who deserves your touch. Other options are available as well like half elf. but its less cool.

Use any two handed or versatile and refluff for scythe
