We set up AIM chatrooms for those very few times we can actually get everyone together at the same time for a game. The chatroom dice roller (typing "//roll-dice3-sides4" for a 3d4, for instance) works well enough most of the time, and the result is announced to the entire room so there's no worry of cheating.
